“We very much liked this property. Rooms were spacious, efficient and well laid out. The king bed was a bit hard for my taste, but definitely served its purpose. The indoor pool and hot tub did not get used, but looked clean and spacious. The front desk staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and made us feel very welcome. “Weve stayed here several times on road trips. Love the historic building, the large sized rooms, the friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Enjoyed sitting on the mezzanine in the evening and strolling on the main street. The gift shop is a missed opportunity...it used to be better presented. They have some lovely items, but it looks more like a jumble sale than the enticing boutique it could be... We will be back!”
